A Happy Fourth at the Farm
Well, America turned 250 this year, and we figured that was worth celebrating in style — farm style, that is. We weren’t all together (Adam and Chris were up at Lake Ontario, and David and Jodi were off in the mountains with their crew), but those of us who were around made the most of it.
Honestly, it was exactly the kind of Fourth we needed. A dip in the pool, some good company, and a chance to just slow down and soak it all in. Simple, relaxed, and really lovely. No complaints here.
Happy 250th, America. Here’s to many more celebrations — hopefully with the whole gang together next time!
